Menu 25 and 26 August 2011

Pan fried Wild mushrooms, wet polenta and parmesan
Beetroot cured wild salmon, dill, cucumber and blue berries
Duck legs braised with plums, spiced and roasted sweet potato
Buttermilk panna cotta with watermelon and roses
Coffee, mint tea

If you have special dietary requirements, please let us know and we'll gladly accommodate you.
Due to a huge initial interest, I have added the 25th August, so we can begin the bank holiday weekend a day early!
