Dinner October 8th, 2011

golden, candy and ruby baby beetroots, walnuts, lardons
wild leaves and sherry vinegar
Barley and red wine risotto, slow cooked pheasant.
(Barley and red wine risotto with porcini – V)
Slow roasted Gloucester Old Spot pork belly
Roast autumn squash and quince sauce.

(Potato and celeriac gratin,
thyme stuffed roast red onion, spinach – V)
chocolate fondant
