Dinner September 30th 2011

Fresh pasta handkerchiefs
Lemon cream, parmesan, chilli and fresh figs
Battered mussel skewers
Raw fennel, olive oil and lemon salad and yogurt, herbs and walnuts

Roast partridge stuffed with chicken liver, sage, thyme and pancetta
Autumn greens, red wine braised Puy lentils
(Olive and herb butter stuffed squash, autumn greens, lentils and tarrator sauce – V)
Turkish Milk pudding, rose water syrup, berries and pistachios
coffee and mint tea
