Line caught sardines with tomato, caper and black olive vinaigrette,
Rosemary bruschetta
Chilled lettuce, horseradish and cucumber soup
with herb & crème fraiche jelly
Lemon, thyme and butter basted char grilled free range chicken
Wild baby greens and roast new potatoes

White chocolate cream with first of season berries
fresh mint tea
